Or you can take a trip to the nearby Maritime Alps in one of the many small rifiugi and experience wild rock formations, sea eagles and breathtaking views of the distant Mediterranean.<\/p>\n
Real adventurers will get their money’s worth when canyoning. Secured by helmet, neoprene and non-slip shoes, you will daringly plunge down the rocks with a guide, slide in white water and rope down narrow channels.<\/p>\n
Animal lovers can experience the beautiful nature during donkey trekking and get to know the nature of the small, sure-footed donkey breed that lives here. Of course you can also go on horseback on a ride through the olive groves.<\/p>\n
High above the ground is the high rope garden in Mendatica, where there are tours for children as well as for experienced, fearless climbers.<\/p>\n
For those who want to explore the Ligurian mountains with the help of a 2-wheeler, you can rent an e-mountain bike and book a tour with an experienced guide. The bikes will be brought to the Casa Capinera, so you can start directly.<\/p>\n

You can enjoy the culinary and sporty delights of the olive harvest, pick saffron at dawn or harvest chestnuts in autumn. Of course, you can also taste everything, for example during an individual cooking course.<\/p>\n
