A wealth of possibilities

Something for every holidaymaker

Casa Capinera is ideal as it offers a variety of possibilities whether you enjoy the mountains, nature, the sea or culture. Hiking trails start directly from the property; some are guaranteed to bring you back and others require a bit more adventure as they are waiting to be discovered by real Boy Scouts. The views of the snow-capped Maritime Alps are amazing, the hidden villages nestled on cliffs, and the glittering sea. The sandy beaches of the Riviera dei Fiori and the bustling Italian city life are just 20 minutes away, or if you just want to enjoy a fresh water pond in a nearby river Casa Capinera is the right place to be.

In the mountainous hinterland of Liguria there is much to discover. Small quaint villages with gourmet restaurants and a medieval atmosphere with genuine peculiarities await you: Valloria with its diversely painted doors done by local artists, Dolcedo with its ancient bridge and the bar in the archway, Triora, the old witch village high up on the rock, and many more. [trenner] Shopping is great fun at the local markets of Imperia Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. You will also find trendy clothing stores and souvenir shops. For those who prefer something a little more close “to home” and shopping with less hustle and bustle, can visit the medieval town of Pieve di Teco nearby. There you can find small craft shops, butcher shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants for every taste and budget. The smallest theatre in the world, the Teatro Salvini, is tucked away in a side street of this lovely village.
